MathSmart is a graded collection of worksheets designed to cover the range of arithmetic skills.  You will use them in a way that suits your teaching style.  Here are some suggestions:

• Specific sheets are distributed to pupils on a class basis following a teaching session.
• Children have access to sheets when they have finished other work.
• Selected sheets are given to under or over achievers to proceed at their own rate.
• Work sheets may be given as homework
• An individual sheet can be used as an answer sheet for the teacher
• Children can retain sheets in their own folio for revision purposes.
• The sheets might be repeated at a later stage to compare results.
• Sheets may be housed at a central point (library, resource centre) for extractions as required.
• Sheets may be projected on an electronic board for group or class teaching.
• Teachers may use the sheets as complimentary to their own teaching.
• Works sheets may give rise to new ideas for the teacher to explore.
